![]() A deluge of memories with various emotions flooded me the last few weeks.Various places and people came back vividly and again touched me in profound ways. My initiator Mary Goldonick and the famous Cambridge TM center on the corner of Garden and Chauncey Ave. The rooms with white everywhere. My first transcendence and the feeling of belonging again. My first advanced lecture and the group check given by Andy Kaufman as an illiterate foreigner who in a flash transformed into a mighty Elvis. Charlie Donahue and his blackboard filled with chalk notes .. leaving not a single empty space. Litchfield Connecticut with Dennis Raimondi and his West Point cadets story.. Livingston Manor .. with no heat and running water, but experiencing bliss anyway. The Hartford TM center on Lincoln St., where I learned my checking notes and helped Trudy, Craig, Pat, Bob and others. Orono, Maine and the wonderful varied intellects who lectured and Doug Henning who played tricks on us. Swiss Meadows amongst the beautiful Berkshires with Sharon and Fax. Amherst and The Siddhis (the heat and the long lines for food) Bob Liatunick playing his guitar on the lawn. Maharishi coming to Fairfield Christmas Eve 1983 and the temperature registered as minus 25.. but the heart warmed the cold. The silence that grew and the time that passed but never was real. You opened a door which lead to another… leading me still to gifts yet to be discovered. My darkness was a gift which led me to you. Thank you for that first opening of light which while further I need to travel, I know now my journey will not end without completion. All Honor to Maharishi Jai Guru Dev |
